Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or the form on our Contact page — no referral needed.
What happens at the first visit?
A calm, unhurried, confidential conversation. Dr. Parth listens to your concerns, asks about your history, answers your questions and explains the options. There's no pressure and no judgement.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
We recommend booking ahead so Dr. Parth can give you unhurried time. Walk-ins are accommodated when possible, but an appointment saves you waiting.
Can my family come with me?
Yes. Family support is welcome and, for concerns like de-addiction and child care, actively encouraged.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes — secure online video consultations are available across Gujarat, ideal for follow-ups or if you can't travel to the clinic.

What are your clinic hours?
Monday to Saturday, 11am–1pm and 5–8pm, with Thursday mornings only (11am–1pm). Closed on Sundays.
Is rTMS therapy painful or safe?
rTMS is safe, non-invasive and drug-free, with no surgery, admission or anaesthesia. Most people feel only a light tapping on the scalp. We've delivered 4,000+ sessions.
How many rTMS sessions will I need?
rTMS works as a course over several weeks rather than a one-off. The exact number varies per person — Dr. Parth explains your plan after assessment.
Will I have to take medication?
Not necessarily. Many conditions improve with therapy or rTMS. When medication is recommended, it's because it will genuinely help — and it's always explained to you first.
Is sexual-health / sexology care confidential?
Completely. It stays strictly between you and the doctor, and online consultations are available for added privacy.
Do you treat children and teenagers?
Yes — we provide gentle, age-appropriate care for anxiety, ADHD, behaviour and mood, with parents guided throughout.
Can I get help for a family member's addiction?
Yes. Many families reach out first. We'll guide you on how to help and involve the family in recovery.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes, completely. Whatever you share stays strictly between you and your doctor — every visit is discreet, with zero judgement.
How much does treatment cost?
Costs depend on your specific concern and plan. We believe in clear, upfront pricing — you'll always know the cost of a consultation or treatment before you commit, with no hidden charges. Ask us anytime.
What payment options do you accept?

What about follow-ups?
We stay with you through your recovery with regular follow-ups, adjusting your plan as you progress.
